Ingredients:
Sliced Fish:6 pieces
Crushed garlic and Ginger:2tsp
Chili sauce:2tsp
Tomato sauce:2tsp
Soy sauce:2tsp
cumin powder:1/2tsp
salt to taste
whole Egg white:1
Method:
Mix all the ingredients given above and soak the fish for 3hours.Then deep fry it in the oil.
Serve with sliced lime slices.
